Rest easy on high-quality memory foam mattresses, premium bedding, and plush towels. Perfect for families and large groups, it can accommodate up to 5 cars. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, baby crib, highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests to accommodate their sleeping arrangements. An additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged starting from the seventh guest. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden. Running Bear Park features ponds and a creek and is just a 6.3-mile drive. Beautiful Irving Lake is also just 5.9 miles away. For family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 15.2 miles away. The Toyota Music Factory, 2.3 miles away, features an open-air pavilion for live music, along with a movie theater, restaurants, and bars.
