This home is fully equipped with all the amenities you need, including a stocked kitchen, 82" TVs with Apple TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi (400 Mbps). Rest easy on high-quality memory foam mattresses, premium bedding, and plush towels. The wood-burning fireplace adds a cozy touch to chilly evenings. The master bath features an updated glass shower, and the outside dining area, sunbeds, and modern pool are perfect for relaxing or hosting meals. The backyard also includes an 8-foot privacy fence for your peace and privacy. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area and breakfast nook. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, baby crib, highchair, and cleaning products. Enjoy the pool, ping pong table, and mini-golf strip. Please note that the microwave is currently out of service and the pool house is used for storage and not accessible to guests. The waterfall and pool lights are out of service and one door has come off its track. House-trained pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged starting from the seventh guest. This home away from home is located in one of the most diverse cities in the U.S., Irving, Texas, and is conveniently located just 9.2 miles from DFW Airport, 12.9 miles to downtown Dallas, and 15.5 miles from the AT&T Stadium. You’ll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Running Bear Park features ponds and a creek and is just a 6.3 miles drive! Beautiful Irving lake is also just 5.9 miles away. For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 15.2 miles away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 13 miles away. You’ll also be 2.3 miles to Irving Convention Center, as well as our very own entertainment hub, The Toyota Music Factory. The soul of the entire DFW Metroplex, it features an open-air pavilion for live music, along with a movie theater, restaurants, and bars. In this same area, you’ll also find Lake Carolyn and the Mandalay Canal walk, a peaceful and charming section of Las Colinas. You will be able to do your grocery shopping at our local Kroger just 2.7 miles away! Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and a violation will incur a $500 fine. Only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees.
