The home is equipped with air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. The large, full kitchen provides ample space for meal preparation, and indoor dining areas are spacious and comfortable. The backyard centers around a salt water pool, with the option to add pool heat on cooler days. Pool loungers, an outdoor shower, a tiki bar, a putting green, and outdoor dining areas create inviting spots to enjoy the warm, coastal climate. This home includes a washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. The home is pet-friendly, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Pool heating is available for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. A golf cart is available as a paid amenity for $80 per day, with a two-day minimum reservation. Set in a quiet residential area, the home is close to local shopping and restaurants. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Guests are asked not to tamper with the pool equipment, as failure to observe this rule could result in fines up to $150 plus damages. A written notification and approval by the host is required to bring a pet, with a pet fee applied and subject to up to a $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit for 1-night reservations or may choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more.
