The fenced backyard includes a trampoline and open space to relax or play. Pets are welcome at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Located in a calm residential area close to grocery stores, restaurants, and everyday essentials, the home offers a peaceful setting while remaining close to Northern Utah attractions, schools, and commuter routes. It's just 5 minutes to Cherry Hill Water Park, 10 minutes to Station Park shopping and dining, 10 minutes to Lagoon Amusement Park, and 25 minutes to Downtown Salt Lake City, with easy access to I-15 for commuting. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest.
