The living room is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the company of friends and family while watching a good movie or a show. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare your favorite meals. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and stocked with all essential toiletries. One parking space is included. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 Nights: additional $25 per night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, 30+ Nights: additional $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. No parties or events are allowed. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Depending on our cleaning schedule, early check-in or check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. The bedroom includes an office desk and chair, providing a comfortable space for remote work. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
