Feel at home with a private heated pool and your very own game room. This home features three living areas, one with a foosball table, and a large, full kitchen stocked with many amenities. Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining areas, as well as a free washer and dryer. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate the set-up for $35 per day of stay. Located in Davenport, this home is near theme parks, 25 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from SeaWorld. The Solterra Resort amenities include a resort-style pool with a water slide, lazy river, poolside cafe, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and a recreational area. It is also just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining, and other area attractions, and 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. Posner Park, with an Imax movie theater and many other stores, is just 7 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum guest capacity is 12 at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the premises, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10:00 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. [SI]
