This ground-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow offers a private entrance and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. This bungalow is fully equipped and includes a full kitchen with an oven, stovetop, microwave, and black fridge, perfect for light meals, snacks, or coffee breaks. A coffee maker and basic cookware are included. Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps are provided at check-in. Relax in the living area with a comfy futon and smart TV, or retreat to the bedroom with a queen bed and smart TV. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower with glass doors and a dark wood vanity with medicine cabinet. Free parking is available for 1 vehicle in a designated space. The detached laundry area is shared with another unit. The ability to book all 4 units for larger groups is available. Enjoy direct access to the beach, just a short walk away. The intracoastal is directly across the road for fishing enthusiasts. Walk just 2 minutes to find Italian, seafood, Mexican, and other dining options. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. One pet per reservation is allowed, and there is a pet fee of $125 for stays of up to 7 days or $250 for stays longer than 7 days. Owners are required to pick up after their pets, and pets must be leashed at all times when outside the unit. A violation of either rule can result in immediate removal without a refund and an additional penalty of up to $400. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal without a refund and a penalty of $400. Smoking is not allowed inside the units or on the premises, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty and potential immediate removal without a refund. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances, and in the event of a party, the police will be contacted, and you will be removed immediately without a refund and charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV.
