Feel at home in this beachside bungalow located on Indian Rocks Beach, less than 30 seconds from the sand and blue ocean water. This ground-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and has a private entrance. This bungalow is fully equipped and includes a full kitchen with an oven, stove top, microwave, and black fridge. A coffee maker and basic cookware are included. Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps are provided at check-in. Enjoy the smart TV, ceiling fan, and storage closet. Free access to the detached laundry is available in a locked closet on the left side of the main house and is shared with Unit 2. Free parking is available for 1 vehicle in a designated space. Pets are welcome with a fee of $125 for stays of up to 7 days, and $250 for stays longer than 7 days. Located right on Indian Rocks Beach, this bungalow offers direct access to the beach. The intracoastal is directly across the road for fishing, and you can walk 2 minutes to Italian, seafood, Mexican, and other dining options. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is an active construction site on the building next to the property, and work may occur during weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty, and evidence during your stay will also result in immediate removal without a refund. In the event of a party, the police will be contacted, and you will be removed immediately without a refund and charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit. Owners are required to pick up after their pets, and pets must be leashed at all times when outside the unit. A violation of either rule can result in immediate removal without a refund and an additional penalty of up to $400. Any guests still at the property past 11 AM will be charged a late checkout penalty of $35 for every 30 minutes, rounded up. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
