Feel at home in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite just steps from Indian Rocks Beach, offering stunning ocean views. This ground-floor unit is right on the beach with completely uninterrupted ocean views. Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps are provided at check-in. The apartment features an open kitchen, a large living area with a large flat-screen Smart TV, a patio with direct beach access, in-unit laundry, free Wi-Fi, a breakfast bar with seating for two, an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, coffee maker, utensils, plates, glasses, cabinet lighting, spacious and comfy couches, a ceiling fan, direct access to the patio and ocean views, a washer and dryer, extra storage space, and beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, cooler, picnic basket). This apartment is pet-friendly. Additional parking is available conditionally and is not guaranteed. There are paid lots nearby if you need more spots. Local dining and fishing spots are just a short walk away. The large patio with direct beach access and ocean views is shared with the complex and includes sofas, picnic tables, and a hose for rinsing sand. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification selfie must be provided as well. Stones Throw UNIT 4 strictly does not allow pets. No smoking is allowed inside the unit or on the premises. Any evidence of smoking (including smell) will result in a $400 penalty and immediate removal without a refund. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances. In the event of a party, the police will be contacted and you will be removed immediately without a refund, and you will also be charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit. The guest making the reservation must be the same guest checking-in and must be at least 18 years of age by the time of check-in, and you will be required to attach your ID to the rental agreement. Check-in time is 4 PM EST, and your door code will be provided at check-in. Checkout is 11 AM. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps and should refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. There is an active construction site on the building next to the property. Works may occur during weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control.
