Wake up to the sound of crashing waves and enjoy sunsets from the large 25-foot private balcony with an ocean view. This family-friendly suite features an open kitchen with natural wood cabinets, a stainless steel double-door fridge, oven and stovetop, dishwasher, and dual sinks. The living area includes a spacious L-shaped couch, ottoman, love sofa, a large Smart TV with a built-in entertainment center, and direct balcony access. There is also a complimentary washer and dryer, extra storage space, beach supplies (chairs and umbrella), and a vacuum available. Parking is available for 1 vehicle. Contact us for nearby paid options if bringing more vehicles. Upon request, an air mattress can be provided for kids or a third couple for an extra fee. Walk right down the steps to the sandy beach of Indian Rocks Beach. The high-top dining table offers an ocean view. This unit is not pet-friendly. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances, and in the event of a party, the police will be contacted and you will be removed immediately without a refund, and you will also be charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit. The guest making the reservation must be the same guest checking in and must be at least 18 years of age by the time of check-in, and you will be required to attach your ID to the rental agreement. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification selfie must be provided as well. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV.
