Step outside to your private pool and patio area, furnished for relaxed afternoons and evenings, complete with a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture. Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. Free parking is available on premises. Guests have access to Solterra Resort amenities, including a pool, gym, lazy river, recreational areas, and poolside cafe. Pool heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay. Propane for the grill is provided by guests, who will need to fill the tank themselves. Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of could result in fines up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options including a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more.
