The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Failure to properly bag trash and dispose of could result in fines up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options including a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more.
