This residence is situated within the highly sought-after Reunion Resort, providing a perfect setting for both relaxation and adventure. This home features two expansive living spaces and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the private heated pool with optional heating upgrade, perfect for unwinding. The fully equipped game room offers arcade games, basketball, and air hockey for endless entertainment. Ample indoor and outdoor dining areas, along with outdoor loungers, provide comfortable spaces for relaxation and socializing. Optional pool heating upgrade is available and a damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night, capped at a maximum of $100. This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog, with prior written notification and approval required. Up to (2) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage, and there is space for one additional car on the street directly in front of the home. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. The resort is set within a gated community monitored by 24/7 on-site security, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Enjoy championship golf courses, exceptional dining options, and a variety of activities suitable for all ages. Please be aware that during cold or rainy weather, pool use is not recommended. The pool is serviced weekly, and after rain, some debris may wash in, which can temporarily affect the water’s appearance. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late departures may result in a fee of up to $300. As a self-catering home, supplies are not replenished during your stay. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors; be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
