The driveway provides space for up to two vehicles parked side-by-side, and there is space for one additional car on the street directly in front of the home. Please note that the garage has been transformed into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. While pets are welcome with prior written notification and host approval, a pet fee of up to $150 security deposit applies. Situated within the highly sought-after Reunion Resort, this villa offers access to top-tier amenities, including championship golf courses, exceptional dining options, and a variety of activities suitable for all ages. The resort is set within a gated community and monitored by 24/7 on-site security, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment throughout your stay. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late departures may result in a fee of up to $300. As a self-catering home, supplies are not replenished during your stay. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property.
