For added fun, there's a fully loaded game room with air hockey, foosball, and ping pong. Enjoy al fresco meals with outdoor patio furniture and poolside relaxation. Guests have complimentary access to resort amenities including pools, spas, and fitness centers at various locations within Reunion Resort. RFID cards are required for access to these amenities and cost $15 each, with a 3-day expiration. Guests have the option to arrange tee times at the Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson Golf Courses, with booking and associated fees being the responsibility of the guest. A grill is provided, but propane is not included and guests are responsible for purchasing it if needed. Located within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, this villa is steps away from community parks, playgrounds, and family-friendly amenities. The resort offers a fun-filled luxury gated community atmosphere, with a 25 MPH speed limit and golf cart awareness. Outside the resort's back gate, you'll find a variety of dining options, alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks. Please be aware that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill if needed. This is a non-smoking and pet-free community. Events are not allowed. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway; parking on the grass, alongside streets parallel to another vehicle, or commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing between 10 pm and 8 am and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. After rain, a few small bugs may wash off the screen into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must follow additional guidelines posted within the home and take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately.
