Please be aware that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill if needed. This is a non-smoking and pet-free community. Events are not allowed. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway; parking on the grass, alongside streets parallel to another vehicle, or commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing between 10 pm and 8 am and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. After rain, a few small bugs may wash off the screen into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle.
