The private pool with loungers is the centerpiece of the patio, perfect for splashes, games, and sunbathing, complemented by comfortable outdoor patio furniture for relaxation. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants, outside the back gate, you'll find diverse dining options, alligator farms, airboat rides, and numerous water parks and attractions. Please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am, with consideration for neighbors. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; a starter supply of toiletries and detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available. Bugs are a natural occurrence in Florida; the property is professionally sprayed for pests. Children of all ages are welcome, but the home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.
