Free on-site parking is provided for up to two cars in the driveway. Long-term stays are welcome. Located within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, this villa is steps from community playgrounds and the resort's family-friendly recreational facilities. The resort offers a luxurious gated community atmosphere with golf courses and numerous dining options. Outside the resort gates, you'll find a variety of restaurants, alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking and no-pets property. Events are not allowed. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill if needed. Loss of the RFID card for amenity access will incur a $150 fine. Guests must adhere to the 25 MPH speed limit within the community and watch for golf carts. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors.
