This is a non-smoking and no-pets property. Events are not allowed. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill if needed. Loss of the RFID card for amenity access will incur a $150 fine. Guests must adhere to the 25 MPH speed limit within the community and watch for golf carts.
