If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate the set-up for you. The cost for this amenity is $40 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. Nestled in a quiet residential area, this home balances calm with easy access to Scottsdale’s vibrant energy. Old Town, restaurants, and shops are just minutes away, and free on-site and street parking make exploring hassle-free. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are not allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. If the propane for the grill and firepit runs low or is empty, the guest is responsible to refill the tank for use during their stay. Failure to observe the rule to not tamper with the pool vacuum cleaner could result in fines up to $150. [SI]
