A washer and dryer are in the unit for longer stays. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please request it in writing a week prior to check-in, and it can be set-up for $40 per day of stay. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation, with one car parked in the driveway and one car parked on the street in front of the home. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. The pool gets serviced weekly, and because it is uncovered, you should expect to see slight debris from time to time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in the vehicle. If guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules, the reservation may be terminated without refund, and/or monetary fines may be pursued. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods are provided for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil available for use.
