If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost is $35 per day of stay. Located in Reunion Resort, a fun-filled luxury gated community, you'll feel right at home enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Universal is 20 miles away, SeaWorld is 15 miles away, and Magic Kingdom is 8 miles away. Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied subject to up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 13. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs, which are a natural and very common occurrence. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
