Enjoy the private pool with optional heat and hot tub. Pool heat is available for $35 per day of stay. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to bring one house-trained dog (breed and weight must be specified). A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150. Located in Reunion Resort, this home places you within a short drive of major attractions, including Magic Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal. The gated community offers a peaceful setting with golf courses, walking areas, and convenient access to nearby restaurants, water parks, and local activities. Driving slowly and watching for golf carts is encouraged, as many full-time residents enjoy the neighborhood paths. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The maximum number of guests that can be accommodated at any given time is 13. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies will not be refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Includes a dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. [SI]
