A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied subject to up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 13. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property.
