Universal is 20 miles away, SeaWorld is 15 miles away, and Magic Kingdom is 8 miles away. Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog (breed and weight must be specified), and a pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 13 guests are allowed at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
