The apartment offers a dedicated parking space with additional parking options available nearby. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee required per pet. For stays of 1-7 nights, the fee is $25 per night, for 8-29 nights, $200, and for 30+ nights, $300. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are allowed. A $500 fee applies if pets are brought without prior notification. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability.
