There is also a dining table with chairs. The bedrooms are appointed with king-size beds with luxe linens, soft lighting with reading lamps, and 43" smart TVs. The primary bedroom also features a work desk and chair. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. A dedicated parking space is available, and additional parking options are available nearby. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee required per pet: $25/night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. Nestled at the base of the picturesque McDowell Mountains, this exclusive neighborhood offers a peaceful, serene environment with stunning views. World-class golf courses, such as the TPC Scottsdale and Grayhawk Golf Club, are just a short drive away, as are upscale shopping centers like Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. The community is perfectly positioned for hiking, biking, and exploring the nearby McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the apartment that measure the noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. There are security cameras in the hallways for security. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
