The bedrooms are outfitted with everything you need for a restful night’s sleep, including king-size beds with luxe linens, soft lighting with reading lamps, and 43" smart TVs. The primary bedroom also includes a work desk and chair. The pristine bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries and feature ample mirror space and bright lighting. Dedicated parking is available, and additional parking options are available nearby. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee required per pet: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, 30+ Nights: additional $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Nestled at the base of the picturesque McDowell Mountains, this exclusive neighborhood offers a peaceful, serene environment with stunning views of rugged desert terrain and the valley below. World-class golf courses, such as the TPC Scottsdale and Grayhawk Golf Club, are just a short drive away, as are upscale shopping centers like Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Dining options range from gourmet restaurants to more casual spots offering a variety of cuisines, and the nearby Scottsdale Waterfront and Old Town Scottsdale provide additional entertainment and cultural experiences. For outdoor enthusiasts, the community is perfectly positioned for hiking, biking, and exploring the nearby McDowell Sonoran Preserve, offering miles of scenic trails. Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am everyday, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the apartment, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the apartment or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee, no exceptions. [SI]
