Please be advised that some areas of the building are currently being renovated, and you may experience construction noise from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Smoking is not allowed indoors and may result in a fine. Excessive noise should be avoided as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out may be available for an additional cost with 24 hours' notice. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Washcloths are not provided. Please keep household items inside the house. An additional cost will be charged for lost linens or apartment keys. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving.
