The guest will have access to all the amenities that includes a queen bed, along with USB lamps and table, allowing additional convenience for your wireless devices. The bathroom features bath amenities, with full tub. The kitchen is equipped with a full kitchen, with stove, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Enjoy entertainment on the 55" Roku TV, perfect for movie time! Free parking on the premises is available. Guests are welcome to bring a maximum of two animals only, with a charge of $150 per pet for additional or unauthorized animals. Pet owners are responsible for tidying up the property after taking their animals outdoors. A $50 fee will be added to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after animals. The building is located directly across from UAMS hospital and the emergency entrance. Nearby bus stops are just a 4-minute walk away. For exploring, here are some of the drive times to popular destinations: Pharmacies nearby (Walgreens) - 2 minutes (3 miles away), Supermarket nearby (Target) - 5 minutes (5 miles away), Fast food nearby - 5 minutes (Less than 5 miles away), Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport - 15 minutes (7 miles), Big Dam Bridge - 15 minutes (7 miles away), Little Rock Zoo - 5 minutes (1 mile away), and War Memorial Stadium - 4 minutes. You will have access to the entire unit, and you may effortlessly enter the unit via smart lock, granting access with a simple tap. A code will be given to you 24-48 hours prior to your arrival. The building has some entrance steps to walk up from the parking lot. Expect to hear ambulance sirens randomly due to the proximity to the emergency entrance. While it's not a big issue for most, we recommend ear plugs for sound-sensitive guests. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit or garage. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 per incidentals. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM daily to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. This unit does not have an all-in-one washer/dryer combo, but enjoy the convenience of our on-site laundry room, available for complimentary use by all in-house guests.
