Both bedrooms offer queen-size beds with pillows, linens, and sheets, along with office desks and chairs and reading lamps. The inviting full bathrooms are completely private and stocked with all essential toiletries. One parking space is included. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights: $25 per night, 8-29 nights: $200, 30+ nights: $300. There is a 2-pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability. A late check-out fee of $500 applies if not arranged in advance. Lost or unreturned keys incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements.
