Guests can enjoy access to a rooftop retreat with sun loungers, a summer kitchen, and outdoor dining, as well as an on-site gym for daily workouts. Metered street parking is available along Howard Avenue for $3 per hour, Monday through Saturday and free on Sundays. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. Located just a 15-minute walk from the historic French Quarter and only five minutes from the National WWII Museum, this thoughtfully situated apartment places you near the city’s most celebrated landmarks. You're perfectly positioned to explore the city's iconic landmarks, whether you're catching a game at the Superdome, riding the Canal Street streetcar, or diving into local flavors at nearby eateries. Just beyond the French Quarter’s historic charm, this neighborhood blends classic architecture with a modern edge—sleek hotels, buzzing restaurants, and live music around every corner. Nearby attractions include Bourbon Street and Canal Street (0.4 miles), The Saenger Theatre (0.3 miles), Caesars Superdome (0.6 miles), The National WWII Museum (0.9 miles), Audubon Aquarium of the Americas (1 mile), and the French Quarter (0.6 miles). Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. The check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Guests acknowledge that they may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with the rental agreement and condition of the booking.
