Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
