The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. A Nespresso Coffee Machine is available, though pods are not included. The open-concept layout features a dining table with seating for six and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The living room is bright and spacious, offering plenty of comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Free parking is available in the garage and on the driveway. If additional space is required, parking on the streets is also available. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29 per night fee for each additional guest.
