Perfect for families and groups seeking relaxation and excitement, this 5-bedroom villa sleeps 11, offering a private heated pool and spa. Feel at home in this spacious retreat. This villa features a themed theater and game room for movies and play. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Two spacious living areas and a free washer/dryer are also included. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $50 per day of stay. Disney World is just 4 miles away, SeaWorld is 12 miles away, and Universal Studios is 14 miles away. Situated in Reunion, the property is close to shopping, dining, and convenient highway access. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit for guests who bring a house-trained dog with written notification from the guest and approval by the host. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. [SI]
