One block east of this property are a number of vacant properties that are in the process of being rehabbed, while just a few blocks southwest you'll find Findlay Market, where thousands of tourists and locals visit each weekend for Ohio's longest-running farmers market. Be prepared to see and experience people of all walks of life -- from homeless panhandlers to well-paid lawyers and architects. Getting around is a breeze, you are just a 3-5 minute drive from the closest Streetcar stop, where you can hop on and go just about anywhere in the city.
