County-wide burn bans may be in effect, which could limit use of the fire pit. Guests at Beaver Lake properties are not allowed dock access, as this is enforced by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control, which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake.
