A washer and dryer are available for guest use. This home sits on a spacious, secluded, wooded area. Beaver Lake is accessible by the staircase/path located in the backyard. It is just 2.9 miles to Rocky Branch Marina and 15 miles to Downtown Rogers, which offers several restaurants and shops. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host, and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
