Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in this 1200 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. There are bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load. This listing is a booking for two units that are close together if not side by side, though they are not connected, each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). Enjoy fitness center access. Two complimentary parking spots are available per reservation (parking codes will be provided). The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, and Renaissance Plaza. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, but no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies based on stay length. Guests may be charged a pet fee for traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
