The living room is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the company of friends and family while watching a good movie or a show. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen in which you can easily prepare your favorite, delicious meals. Its space and modern amenities are much more than you would expect from a 2-bedroom apartment. There is parking on premises with instructions given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Early check-in and check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, with prior authorization. For delayed checkout, there is a $500 late check-out fee. Lost or unreturned keys incur an $80 fee for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide. Noise monitors are installed in the unit to measure noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Some stays have auto-locking doors, so keep the keys on you.
