The kitchen is partially shared. The fridge is emptied for your use, and half of the cupboard space is available for your use. The bathroom is shared with some space available in the vanity for your things. The laundry room is downstairs but is also a shared space. The bedrooms and living room will be unfurnished for you to have space for your own things. Our house has a fully fenced yard, great for dogs and kids, with a playset in the backyard.
