The condo is equipped with two TVs and an Amazon Fire Stick, and includes an in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience. The condo offers a range of amenities, including a waterview pool and hot tub, a fishing dock, and a fitness center. A pet-friendly rental policy is in place with a $100 fee per stay, allowing up to 2 dogs with prior reservation. Guests must pick up after their pets and keep them leashed outside unless in a private, fenced area. Located in a safe and quiet waterside area, the condo is next to Doc Fords Rum Bar and offers easy access to the Pinellas Trail for biking and running. While a car is recommended for most activities, fishing, swimming, biking, and dining are all available on-site. The toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption. Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but nearby stores are available for more supplies if needed. Pests such as cockroaches, ants, and spiders may be seen due to the heat, but treatments are regularly conducted. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not allowed to ensure thorough cleaning, with a $50 charge for non-compliance. Some resort amenities may be unavailable due to hurricane damage, with repairs ongoing until 2025. The pool is operational with a temporary fence, but the hot tub is temporarily unavailable. Only one elevator is working, and the dock will not be completed until at least the end of 2025. The spa and fitness room are closed until further notice.
