Violators will be subject to fines. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. Cameras are installed outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area. Please be advised that propane for the grills is usually provided by the guests. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (2) per reservation.
