Located in the Windsor at Westside community, this property is just a couple of minutes' walk from the clubhouse. Disney World is approximately 20-25 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios also within easy driving distance. Self check-in is available with a smart lock. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the grill if needed. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation, and up to two cars may park in the driveway. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind.
