This entire villa is set up for large groups, offering nine bedrooms, six bathrooms, and multiple gathering spaces across two floors. Two living areas provide ample room to relax, while the upstairs Star Wars loft and dedicated game room create natural hubs for play and friendly competition. Central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable year-round. The kitchen is designed for real meals and shared moments, with full kitchen access and generous prep space. Indoor dining areas accommodate group meals, while the open flow between kitchen and living spaces keeps everyone connected. Step outside to enjoy the private pool and hot tub, surrounded by patio seating. A BBQ grill makes casual outdoor meals part of the rhythm of your stay. Inside, the game room features a pool table, along with additional games and consoles. TVs throughout the home support movie nights and downtime. Practical touches like a washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials help your stay run smoothly. Beach essentials are provided for day trips. Resort access includes a clubhouse, fitness center, water park, lazy river, sports courts, and on-site dining options. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. The garage has been converted into a game room, therefore, indoor parking is not available. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee. Located in the Windsor at Westside community, your stay includes access to resort amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, water park, lazy river, sports courts, and on-site dining options. Disney World is approximately 20-25 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios also within easy driving distance. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought-after community, offering first-class amenities. The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. Check-out time is 10 AM. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed (2) per reservation. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules. Includes bathroom essentials, and a washer and dryer help your stay run smoothly. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray! Our grills are propane grills, please be advised that propane is usually provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. [SI]
