Smoking of any kind, medicinal or otherwise (including vaping), is not allowed within the apartment or within 20 feet of the building. If it is discovered that a guest was smoking in the apartment, a $1,500 fee will be charged. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. You must be notified 24 hours in advance if you are checking in after 6 PM. Background screening is required for every adult (age 18+), and guests must complete screening forms 48 hours prior to check-in. Guests may not check-in if background screening has not been completed. Two occupants are allowed per bedroom. Maintenance follows a service route each day and cannot be scheduled (excluding tasks that exceed 2 hours to complete). Technicians will not enter the property if there is a loose dog.
