Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet, with a limit of two pets unless otherwise approved. There is a weight limit of 25 lbs per pet, and restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd. Private driveway parking is available for two vehicles, with overflow parking nearby. Located in the exclusive Emerald Shores community, this property offers private beach cabanas, two pools, and tennis and basketball courts. You're just a short distance from Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Destin Harbor Boardwalk, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park, and Henderson Beach State Park. Enjoy dining at local favorites like Pompano Joe’s, The Crab Trap, Louisiana Lagniappe, Boshamps Seafood and Oyster House, and Fat Clemenza’s. Guests must be over 25 to book this property. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A door code will be sent 10 minutes before check-in for a seamless arrival. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, with a $500 fine for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Parties and special events are not permitted unless arranged and approved in writing by management prior to arrival. Unauthorized guests will incur an additional fee of $100 per guest per night, and the stay may be terminated without refund if unauthorized guests are discovered. Please respect our neighbors and maintain low noise levels between 10 PM and 8 AM. Repeat violations or excessive noise complaints may result in fines or immediate eviction without refund.
