In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay and two clean and modern bathrooms. As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's excellent amenities. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the beautiful community pool, open seasonally from 11 AM to 8 PM. Stay active in the building's fully equipped gym and make use of the business center, a dedicated work-friendly space with all the essentials for productivity. Relax in the shared fireplace lounge and library. On-site parking for one vehicle is available for a nightly fee of $20. Your apartment is in the heart of Ballston, a dynamic and highly walkable urban neighborhood in Arlington, perfect for both business and leisure. For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, with violations potentially resulting in fines from building management. Parking is available only in your designated space, and a permit must be displayed to avoid being towed. The seasonal pool is for registered guests only. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, with full names and valid ID presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance, subject to availability, and cost $50, with the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. The business center offers a dedicated work-friendly space with all the essentials for productivity.
