The serene master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed for a relaxing stay, while the spacious second bedroom is perfectly arranged with two queen-size beds, ideal for family or friends. The comfortable living area is a welcoming space with a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. Parking is available, but please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. The pool is not available for this season. Your apartment is in the heart of Ballston, a dynamic and highly walkable urban neighborhood in Arlington, perfect for both business and leisure. Vibrant bars and nightlife include WHINO, a unique art gallery and craft cocktail bar, The Bronson Bierhall for an authentic German beer hall experience, and Rustico for an extensive craft beer list and upscale American food. You are just a short, easy Metro ride from The National Mall, all the Smithsonian Museums, and the iconic monuments. Getting around from this central location is incredibly easy, with a Walk Score of 93. By Metro, you are just a short walk to both the Virginia Square and Ballston Metro Stations (Orange and Silver lines), offering a quick and direct ride to downtown Washington, D.C. By foot, this is a walker's paradise with Ballston Quarter, dozens of restaurants, and shops just a short stroll away. Enjoy a run or bike ride on the famous Mount Vernon Trail along the Potomac River, just a short distance away. For your convenience, a large and well-stocked Harris Teeter supermarket with a pharmacy and hot food bar is located nearby. Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents and must be completed before arrival. Signing the Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in, and guests will not be able to access the unit until this agreement has been completed. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. The building operates a centralized HVAC system with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50, and the latest departure time is 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
