The third bedroom has a unique bunk bed with a queen-sized mattress on the bottom and a twin-sized mattress on top, perfect for kids. There is a clean, updated hallway bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination, double sinks, and counter space. Both full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The spacious open-concept kitchen and living areas flow seamlessly together. The full-sized kitchen has brand-new stainless-steel appliances including a microwave, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher, and is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, dishes, silverware, seasonings, and extras such as a Crock-Pot, InstantPot, and blender. The dining area features an eight-person dining table. The living room has a huge, oversized sectional, a reading nook, and a large, mounted HD Roku TV. Guests have private access to the entire home, including the beautiful backyard, garage game room, and side patio area. A washer and dryer are available in the hallway, stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $50 per pet, preferably dogs. Please ensure accurate pet counts at booking. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. Nestled in Southwest Arvada, this home is just a 6-minute drive to Olde Town Arvada, known for its bakeries, shops, and restaurants. It's a 15-minute drive to Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre and a 20-minute drive to Downtown Denver. This home is centrally located in an older neighborhood near train tracks with easy access to highways. Please be respectful of neighbors, as quiet time is after 10 pm. This home is very close to the train tracks, and the sounds of the train and crossing bells can be heard, though it is not very loud with the doors closed. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the building or on the property. Smoking of any kind in the accommodations will incur a $350 fee to cover all costs to clean/restore the accommodations. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee in each instance plus all costs to clean/restore the accommodations. No parties or unregistered guests are allowed, and additional charges may be applied for undisclosed guests. Tampering with outdoor cameras is prohibited.
