Great and Affordable with Great Staff
February 6, 2025I love living here because it's quiet and in a convenient location. The staff here are responsive. They have raffles and sometimes they offer free breakfast burrito or little things every so often. Love the summer pool/pizza party. Quiet property
February 14, 2024My husband and I have lived in this apartment complex for the past 6 years. We started in 1 bedroom unit on second floor and after two years, upgraded to the 2 bedrooms on a ground floor. We loved Travis, who was the manager that used to work here. The good parts of this apartment are the quiet environment, speedy responses to work orders, friendly and helpful staffs, and overall affordability. My only complaints are the water temperature in shower, which fluctuates quite often, and package ...displacement. If you live on ground floor, there may be more bug problems--we didn't have any bug problem when we lived on 2nd floor, but noticed tons of ants/spider/silverfish problems when we lived on ground floor. The apartment is prompt when we notify the issue but unfortunately there are still bugs around. Never had problem with flooding. The parking lot is cleared of snow rather fast. They keep the place clean. It's quiet and peaceful.Property Manager Responded
