The apartment includes a master suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, a guest suite with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, and an additional guest bedroom with a queen bed. A queen floor mattress is also available. Huge windows offer spectacular views of the city, and the apartment is equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with cable, high-speed internet, stainless steel appliances, spacious walk-in closets, individually controlled heat and air, and bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Additional amenities include a hair dryer and iron/ironing board. Early check-in is available for a fee of $149 per service. Covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle is available for $69 per night, though we cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit. The outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management. Everything you need is right outside your doorstep in downtown Chicago, a city with an appetite for food, design, history, and culture. Marvel at the cutting-edge architecture or take in the gorgeous views of Lake Michigan. Spend a day cheering with baseball fans, a night laughing at a comedy show, shop, visit renowned institutions like the Field Museum, The Art Institute, and the Adler Planetarium, and experience the legendary blues scene. Nearby points of interest within walking distance include Starbucks (1 min), Viaggio Restaurant Chicago (2 min), La Colombe Coffee Roasters (3 min), Parlor Pizza Bar West Loop (4 min), and Target (10 min). The maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management, and we will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required. Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion and beyond our control. Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. For the protection of all parties, the booking party will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, we do not have control over external factors such as building maintenance or construction in the building or vicinity. Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. We cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control. Local residents are not allowed to book homes for same-day arrival, defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two hours of the rented property.
