This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities await you, including a resort-style heated pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, a fitness center, a large outdoor fireplace, a barbecue area, and an arcade. The condo also features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a washer/dryer, complimentary coffee, and a patio. Stairs may be required; the condo is not wheelchair accessible. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area, you can enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Ideally located close to different attractions, it is just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere. This is a smoke-free environment. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), and Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are not permitted. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee).
