Down the hall, discover three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The luxurious master suite includes a king-size bed with a comfort-plus mattress, a TV, en-suite bath, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third offers two double beds, ideal for children or teens. These bedrooms share an elegantly renovated hallway bath. Outside, the brand-new pool, spa, deck, stylish furnishings, and built-in BBQ await, providing ample space for outdoor games and relaxation. This home is equipped with a gas-heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year-round. Located just a short drive from the property, Papago Park presents remarkable hiking opportunities and a range of recreational facilities. The park, dominated by impressive sandstone buttes, offers trails suitable for easy treks, attracting runners and mountain bikers alike. Encounter two of the region's most celebrated attractions, the Phoenix Zoo and the Desert Botanical Garden. Papago Park also features an archery range, an orienteering course, Papago Ponds fishing lagoon, the Hall of Flame Museum, Papago Sports Complex, and Papago Golf Course, home to the Arizona State Sun Devils golf team. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Air conditioning cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.
