Feel at home in this spacious 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Mt. Adams, located on the second floor with a private entrance. The apartment is just steps away from Holy Cross Monastery. This apartment is perfect for an extended stay or a weekend visit and features high-speed internet throughout. The living room includes a 50" smart TV with Roku, providing access to streaming services (guest uses own accounts). The bathroom has plenty of towels, with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap provided. Complimentary laundry is located just outside the building in an attached and secure structure. Parking is available, but spaces are tight, with 6 spots for 6 apartments, which may be too tight for bigger vehicles. The historic Mt. Adams neighborhood is home to some of the best bars and restaurants Cincinnati has to offer. Enjoy walking around in the morning with coffee from the Bowtie cafe, just steps away. Several event centers are within walking distance, along with a short 5-7 minute drive to Cincinnati's entertainment district, Over-The-Rhine. The apartment is very close to Eden Park and the Cincinnati Art Museum. Downtown is just a short 5-minute ride away, and the hip Over the Rhine district is also easily accessible for dinner and drinks. Getting around the neighborhood is easy, as you're within walking distance to everything within Mt. Adams. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing and may result in prosecution. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm-8 am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Do not smoke or light anything in this property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah. Dishonest or abusive behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security / fire department / police fees or other costs arise out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150. [SI]
