A 2-car household would be ideal, with both fitting inside the garage (a 3rd and 4th vehicle are possible, but this makes snowplowing difficult in the winter - possibly for a smaller car or summer/part-time, to be considered on a case-by-case basis). The driveway is paved, but AWD or 4WD is needed in the winter on storm days (2WD with snow tires is not really enough). At the end of the property (above the garage) is an ADU with 2 long-term local tenants and 2 dogs (a malinoise and a husky).
